Develop an understanding of the work health and safety (WHS) requirements of the transport industry and be able to organise and implement safety initiatives.
Develop best-practice skills for operating commercial heavy vehicles safely across urban, regional and long-haul routes.
Develop skills and knowledge in loading, unloading and restraining freight in line with load-restraint requirements.
Develop skills and knowledge in fatigue management, completing a work diary, and meeting Chain of Responsibility obligations.
