There are no entry requirements. However applicants must demonstrate the language, literacy and numeracy required at least level 3. An LL&N assessment is conducted at pre-enrolment to assess if you require support in this regard.

Projects and practical training will be given in a simulated or workplace setting by a qualified trainer and assessor. Students are provided with learning materials to develop knowledge, skills and understanding.

Program Objectives:

A general qualification for the Warehousing and Storage Industry. Successful completion will require competency in units that relate to work defined as aligned at AQF Level 3. This qualification is designed to give people the capacity to work in the warehousing industry. It provides participants with an introductory level of knowledge and technical skills in manual handling, team work, occupational health and safety, receival and dispatch, stocktaking, customer service, product knowledge and handling skills.
